Yampaglia: Keeping North Arlington Small, Safe & Suburban!

TIME magazine and MONEY magazine, North Arlington #1 to raise a family

North Arlington – Recent attributes of endorsement for North Arlington by such publications and magazines as TIME and MONEY are a result of maintaining a superior quality-of-life as it pertains to public safety, good public schools, strong recreational programs and facilities while retaining a small-town charm according to Democratic Councilman and mayoral candidate Mark Yampaglia, an attorney in private practice in Rutherford.

Our locale, value and benefits to homeowners, tenants and private retailers and industry are numerous,” said candidate Mark Yampaglia who is seeking to be North Arlington’s next mayor.

“The strong earned media we have received in several national periodicals and publications increases real estate values and the reality that North Arlington is an excellent place to work, live and raise a family. As a life-long resident and graduate of North Arlington HS, I was delighted by these accolades and recognition of our community,” noted Yampaglia, a member of the Borough Council since 2005.

“As the ranking member of the Borough Council I am proud of the things we have done in a collective, bipartisan way, especially with Federal Express. With that development complete, I’m hopeful many residents will not only benefit in the form of stabilized municipal spending and property taxes, but potential career opportunities with this overnight carrier,” offered the Democratic mayoral candidate.

“Good things happen when we work together for the betterment of North Arlington and I would like to think it’s been a collective effort. Mayor Massa started us on this redevelopment journey and Mayor Bianchi got things completed with a cooperative council. Public policy is what matters, the politics is just politics,” noted the four-term Democrat.

Federal Express will open Porete Avenue to other potential redevelopment opportunities, predicted Yampaglia.

“We have a good degree of open space as well as the necessary access to market Porete Avenue as a new location for all types of business. Should I be successful, taking Porete Avenue to the next level will be essential to our economic growth.”

“I would like to thank both TIME & MONEY for recognizing the type of community we are and the credit goes to every NA resident who made this happen. It’s a great testament for North Arlington. A real feather in our caps that we can market to the rest of Northern New Jersey,” offered Yampaglia.
