Boston Market: Gone for Good?

Boston Market: Gone for Good?

Longtime Ridge Road Restaurant Closes Doors to Public!

NORTH ARLINGTON – Boston Market, an iconic Ridge Road fixture for decades in the Borough has apparently closed it’s doors for the final time.

Pandya, who purchased Boston Market apparently promised to turn the brand’s fortunes around and open new stores, but it was not to be.

According to published reports, only 27 restaurants remain open.

Instead, locations around the country began shuttering by the dozens, with landlords claiming past due rent and a fresh barrage of lawsuits and investigations over unpaid bills and wages to employees.

In the past, the property had been rumored to be a desirable location for apartments, but at this point it is not clear what will be the future of this prime parcel with ample parking at 491 Ridge Road.

Here are images of a court order that was posted to the front door as of July 25th.

A hand-written note was also posted for more details with a phone number.

The mission of Boston Market has been to create awesome rotisserie meals. They created a “restaurant revolution” with just three ingredients: fire, a spit, and chicken.

“No one does chicken like we do. But chicken isn’t the only thing that hits our rotisserie oven— we utilize the same tried and true techniques on our prime rib. Get hungry for rotisserie perfection,” according to the company’s website.

NA Today will continue to monitor the status of the property moving forward.
