HALLOWEEN “TRUNK OR TREAT” BIG SUCCESS AT JEFFERSON ELEMENTARY

Hundreds of children stop by Democratic booth, Balwierczak and Yampaglia meet and greet parents!

NORTH ARLINGTON – Local Democratic candidates John Balwierczak and John Yampaglia met hundreds of residents Wednesday at the Jefferson elementary school as Halloween marks the home stretch for the 2024 general election come November 5th.

Sponsored by the Jefferson PTO, students were in costume as they stopped from trunk to trunk to pick-up candy from parents and other participants.

Well wishers took pictures of the “shark trunk” as former Councilman Mark Yampaglia and his daughter Sabrina who was dressed as a princess stopped by to snap a photo with her uncle John, who is running with Balwierczak.

“We’re in the homestretch and we love the opportunity to speak with parents as to what is on their minds. Clearly overdevelopment and high property taxes are front and center,” offered Balwierczak , a former Republican seeking public office for the first time.

To meet the Democrats, stop by the North Arlington Post Office this Saturday from 9 AM to 12 noon located at Ridge Park Drive or Wednesday, October 30th at the Arlington Diner beginning at 7PM and light refreshments will be served.
