BALWIERCZAK, YAMPAGLIA HAVE CROSS OVER APPEAL IN BATTLE FOR TWO COUNCIL SEATS THIS TUESDAY!
Support from registered Republicans resonates over massive overdevelopment by the incumbents!
NORTH ARLINGTON – Even registered Republicans are crossing over to ensure Democrats John Balwierczak and John Yampaglia crash this party of an all-Republican Mayor and Council come January 1st.
While they are voting Republican for President, they are supporting the North Arlington First team of Balwierczak and Yampaglia for Borough Council.
“We are gratified by the support from Republicans who are tired of the massive overdevelopment practices of Fitzhenry and Sheedy. Our team is really a bipartisan consensus on what is best for North Arlington. That the plethora of construction along Ridge Road is rapidly changing our community to a city, and that is not what residents seek. They want to remain small, safe and suburban, and we believe our presence on the governing body will bring the community better together to end this mad dash for apartments no one supports,” offered Balwierczak, a former Republican.
Democrats have not served on the council since 2019 and no Democrat has been elected since 2016, some eight years ago.
“Our opponents are in the pockets of the developers. Our mayor is a real estate agent first and an elected official last. We need to end this density and urbanization of North Arlington and we will fight to keep NA small, safe and suburban. We are committed to ending this explosion of apartments along Ridge Road and will monitor closely the fate of MELRAYS, Boston Market and the Italian Villa properties that remain empty, vacant and dormant thanks to the massive overdevelopment policies of the Republicans, and especially Fitzhenry and Sheedy,” noted the challengers.
Election day is Tuesday.
