Del Russo’s senior housing proposal is all wet!
Who would support construction in a flood zone?
NORTH ARLINGTON – Republican Councilman Kirk Del Russo has resided in North Arlington long enough to know the VFW site for senior housing is all wet.
Del Russo used to own a business on River Road before becoming a state employee and real estate agent.
He knows that location is just dumb.
But why won’t he open his mouth?
Why would he support such a stupid idea knowing the history of flooding at that location?
Here is a video of a recent rainstorm that stretches all the way to the Edwin “Rip” Collins field in terms of flooding that happens all of the time.

The original cheerleader for the failed EnCap housing scheme that would have constructed some 1,700 units of low-income housing.
Supports the ill-fated litigation against New Jersey that could result in a builder’s remedy regarding affordable housing.
Voted himself a pay hike six times in a row!
Refuses to comment on anything and will not debate the Democrats in this campaign.
Opposes the proposition of keeping North Arlington small, safe and suburban!
