Educators Endorse Tanelli for a third-term as BC Freeholder!
NORTH ARLINGTON – North Arlington resident and Bergen County Freeholder Steve Tanelli was endorsed by the Bergen County Education Association for a third-term of office.
Tanelli, a former three-term councilman, council president and acting mayor was gratified by the support of local teachers and educators.
“Public education is at the heart of our success as a community, county and culture. What makes us different and successful is a true economic investment in children, teachers, administrators and the notion that a well-educated community lifts all boats and makes Bergen County the special place it has become.”

He is just the third North Arlington resident to serve on the freeholder board and just the fourth to serve in an elected capacity in county government. He is the only Democrat and the only freeholder to represent voters south of Route 4.
