The election is November 3rd.
Customer service, clear communication and financial expertise are the principles and values Josie Papile brings to her Board of Education race in stark contrast to the embarrassing and hapless effort of one Joe Cerone, by far the least desirable of the five hopefuls!
Papile is not only a life-long resident and homeowner, but a graduate of NAHS too.
The one clear advantage of the Papile candidacy is that she’s managed billion dollar budgets as well as entrepreneurial start-ups and that kind of background in lieu of the four failed school referendums is certainly relevant and in order.
Financial expertise from a board member would be a positive and refreshing addition to that five-member; policy-making board.
We will not be endorsing candidates for the Board of Education because of the non-partisan nature of the contest.
But we will talk about those candidates who are competent, qualified and ready-to-serve, and those who are not.
Papile’s agenda is a North Arlington platform that is inclusive, honest and well aware of the cost of public education and the stressful impact on parents and homeowners alike when 54% of your property tax dollars pay for public education.
