Hedenberg retires, Horton to lead NAPD beginning August 1st.
NORTH ARLINGTON – The Mayor & Council accepted the retirement of longtime NAPD Chief Scott Hedenberg who will be replaced by the appointment of current Captain Michael Horton. 
The vote was unanimous.
