Hedden Terrace Homeowners have had it with the lack of residential street parking!
Some residents forced to park as far as three blocks away!
NORTH ARLINGTON – What more evidence do you need that the lack of residential street parking is directly attributed to the rampant overdevelopment by incumbent Republicans Brian Fitzhenry and Allison Sheedy? 
Here we have another exhausted resident pleading for help to a Mayor & Council that is tone deaf, and doesn’t even believe a problem exists! 
For they believe hundreds of new apartment dwellings are just fine, as they continue to urbanize North Arlington into an extension of Belleville and Essex County versus remaining the gateway to Bergen County.
Democratic candidates John Balwierczak and John Yampaglia agree that enough is enough!
“The overdevelopment practices and policies of our opponents are unpopular, cruel and destroying the suburban landscape of North Arlington. No matter where we walk in North Arlington the complaints and criticisms are the same and the answer from Pronti and his two puppet incumbents is come to a council meeting and we’ll tell you this isn’t really happening,” offered the candidates.
“They are drunk with absolute power. They despise the public and criticize any resident who complains about the only issue people are talking about other than the spike in Property Taxes that could have been avoided. There is a bitter backlash taking place on every block and every street and we anticipate a huge call for change come Tuesday, November 5th.”
“The solution is simple, break-up this political monopoly and elect two independent candidates not associated with the out-of-town real estate interests that are fueling the Republican campaign. They are developers, builders, contractors, real estate agents and alike that are donating large sums of money to our opponents. They are interested in one thing and that’s making a buck and let the public be damned. They don’t live here and they don’t care that all of this construction is transforming North Arlington into a small city that lacks the resources or infrastructure for this spike in population that will effect class sizes and push out longtime residents. Gentrification is killing our community values and this retired cop, real estate agent and part-time politician hates our very presence on the ballot. Pronti hates and despises political competition and is doing all he can to destroy our grass roots democracy. The problem is not the residents of Hedden Terrace, the problem is the policies and practices of Pronti and his two political pawns, Brian Fitzhenry and Allison Sheedy.”
