On the agenda will be the filling of current committee vacancies as well as an analysis of the Democratic gains made in the state legislature.
NA Democrats plan to field a slate of candidates in John Balwierczak and John Yampaglia to challenge GOP incumbents Brian Fitzhenry and Allison Sheedy for Borough Council.
For more information on how to join the Democratic Municipal Committee or become an active local Democrat, contact Nick Antonicello at (201) 937-4277 or via e-mail at [email protected].
2024 plans to be an exciting campaign cycle as Democrats seek to break the one-party GOP stranglehold on local government.
Democrats are committed to responsible two-party government and keeping North Arlington small, safe and suburban. Currently Republicans occupy all six council seats including the office of mayor despite the fact there are more registered Democrats then Republicans. Democrats seek to change that in 2024.
