More units mean more traffic, more congestion and less street parking for area residents.

NORTH ARLINGTON – The North Arlington Planning Board on Monday evening rubber stamped 15 more residential units along Ridge Road with 1,700 square feet of ground floor commercial space.

The applicant, DT Construction is a longtime donor to the local Republican Party.

The Planning Board is composed of all-Republican appointees.

The urbanization and gentrification of North Arlington and specifically Ridge Road continues.

There are nearly 200 new units of housing constructed along Ridge Road under this monopoly of Republicans running North Arlington for over a decade.
