NORTH ARLINGTON – The latest explosion of more overdevelopment nobody wants now as hit Schuyler Avenue.
Here you can see the construction that is out-of-character and out of scale with the one-family homes that populate this neighborhood.
And residents are noticing.
One online critic said it best by stating, “…all these buildings won’t offset my tax bill that goes up every year because of a reevaluation.”
North Arlington understands the consequences of rolling assessments, Mayor Dan Pronti and his rubber-stamp, all-Republican Borough Council does not.
Pronti has made it clear rolling assessments are going nowhere as long as he is in charge.
Maybe its time to send Pronti a message this fall.
