SEVER, BALWIERCZAK BATTLE PRONTI OVER REPUBLICAN ROLLING REASSESSMENTS!

PRONTI FINALLY ADMITS PROPERTY TAXES ARE INCREASING, ONLY 12% OF NJ COMMUNITIES REASSESS IN THE SAME FAILED FASHION AS NORTH ARLINGTON!

AS USUAL, DEL RUSSO & DECICCO “SAY NOTHING, DO NOTHING” EXCEPT VOTE “YES” LIKE RUBBER STAMPS!

NORTH ARLINGTON – In a wild confrontation over the Pronti Administration’s failing, rolling reassessments that are in fact raising property taxes, Democratic council candidate Cengiz “Jim” Sever tried to make a 5-minute statement during the council meeting only to be interrupted by Pronti numerous times.

It was revealed during the meeting that only 70 of the state’s 567 municipalities conduct rolling reassessments in this unfair manner, or a paltry 12%!

Sever had a prepared statement asking for updates on the phantom senior housing project that was to allegedly break ground this summer and has been stalled once again until apparently December.

John Balwierczak, also a candidate for council, was not surprised by yet another delay by the Pronti Administration.

“They have been promising senior housing for about a decade. How long is Pronti going to insult the public’s intelligence? Why don’t council members Del Russo or DeCicco have an opinion on this apparent delay? This arrogance and inability to offer a real plan with a real price tag is beyond ridiculous,” offered Balwierczak.

“Pronti picks puppets and puppets won’t debate or face us in a forum,” observed the candidate.

“Another reason why we need participating public officials, not Pronti political puppets.”

This is just another meeting where Del Russo votes “yes” to everything Pronti demands and DeCicco just now blindly following along.

It has been determined according to borough documents that Councilman Del Russo has voted 100% of the time with Mayor Pronti since being appointed to office in 2019. Del Russo has voted literally thousands of times for whatever Pronti wants. If that isn’t a rubber stamp council member, who is?
