YAMPAGLIA BACK TO WORK

North Arlington Democratic council candidate John Yampaglia is glad to be back to work after New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy (D) lifted the ban in salons.

Yampaglia comes from a long line of public service where his brother was a four-term councilman and his Dad served as municipal judge under both Democratic and Republican administrations.

A small business operator with a salon in Cedar Grove, John is here applying his trade to a client.

John is running with another life-long resident Tommy Bradley, one of the community’s most active recreation Dad, coach, instructor and volunteer.

John would become the second hair owner/operator to join the North Arlington Mayor and Council. The late Joseph Bianchi served as a councilman, mayor and longtime planning board member.

“Mayor Joe was a great guy and our community misses his friendship and leadership. If I can be half as effective as Mayor Bianchi, that would be humbling,” noted Yampaglia who received more votes (816) than any other candidate for borough council in the Primary and nearly 500 votes more than flawed incumbents Karcic and Bocchino, who voted themselves raises while securing jobs and raises for relatives.

Both Republicans support the “urbanization” of Ridge Road and North Arlington while Yampaglia and Bradley support the longstanding municipal policy of keeping North Arlington small, safe and suburban like former mayors Kaiser, Pitman, Massa and Bianchi.
