North Arlington Republicans are raising campaign funds from borough professionals and others who do business with the community.

“The Republican Party is raising mass amounts of dollars from out-of-towner’s and those who were politically appointed by the Pronti Administration. His Hudson County style ways are destroying responsible two-party government and his Jersey City brand of politics is bad news for homeowners,” offered one longtime political observer of the local political scene.
The Republicans are relying on donations from appointed borough professionals and others who have a business relationship with North Arlington which calls into question the dividing line between government and politics that is now hard ball and raw.
“The NA Republicans led by Pronti and Boss Bocchino are deploying a brand of politics that is dangerous and disturbing. They have put up three political puppets with no experience and are employed through political connections or masquerade as volunteers. Bocchino is not only serving as chief fundraiser for his daughter’s campaign, but his wife is also the treasurer while no one will explain what he does for that $8000 as a quality of life officer. Bocchino is a two-time loser for council and retired county patronage employee.”
All three Republican puppet candidates believe that Property Taxes in NA have decreased three consecutive years when in fact hundreds, if not thousands of residents have experienced a property tax hike.
