PLANNING BOARD APPROVES EXTENSION FOR 165-173 RIDGE ROAD!
Board members Rosko, O’Neill push for extension, entire board votes yes!
The North Arlington Planning Board, dominated by Republicans and supporters of embedded council incumbents Brian Fitzhenry & Allison Sheedy voted recently to extend a resolution that will allow action to be taken by DT Construction through January 16, 2025.
The resolution was offered by George Rosko, a longtime supporter of the incumbents and former one-term school trustee. Mr. Rosko is a local real estate agent. The resolution was seconded by Donald O’Neill.
