Is Jack a believer in the notion of keeping NA small, safe and suburban? Just like Balwierczak and Yampaglia?
North Arlington has become the poster child for Suburban Overdevelopment thanks to Pronti, Fitzhenry & Sheedy!
NORTH ARLINGTON – It seems Republican gubernatorial hopeful Jack Ciattarelli is backing the wrong horses in North Arlington.
Maybe he took a ride down Ridge Road or got caught in traffic after visiting the Arlington Diner!
Either way his position on suburban overdevelopment is in direct conflict with embedded incumbents Brian Fitzhenry and Allison Sheedy.
While it is Democrats John Balwierczak and John Yampaglia that agree on the consequences of rampant, suburban overdevelopment that has been fostered and created by Mayor Dan Pronti and his hand-picked candidates, Brian Fitzhenry and Allison Sheedy.
Ironically the Republican locals are supportive of these failed housing strategies of overdevelopment that are gentrifying and urbanizing North Arlington into an extension of Belleville, a corridor to Newark versus a gateway to Bergen County!
