NORTH ARLINGTON – As the Republicans “double-down” on higher property taxes in North Arlington, here is more online commentary by residents exhausted by door-to-door assessors taking pictures and seeking to raise your values in an unfair and unequitable process.
But more importantly, there is only one ticket against these random reassessments and that’s John Balwierczak and Cengiz “Jim” Sever!
As you can see from these comments, people are not buying the Republican lies and who is responsible for raising our property taxes.
In response to this tax revolt, residents are crossing party lines and endorsing the challengers.
“This is not about politics or partisan rants by this out-of-control Mayor and his puppets. This is about public policy concerning property taxes no one supports. Pronti wants to attack me personally, and that’s fine because he hates and despises me. He won’t take responsibility for these random reassessments that are hurting homeowners. He is obsessed with the notion of squashing a competitive election and a true discussion of the issues the incumbents want no part of. He hates anyone who opposes him or questions his point of view. Even the NAPD ignored him when he demanded I be removed from the council meeting. His ego and sense of importance are laughable. This is why Del Russo and DeCicco won’t meet with us in a forum or debate, and now he is seeking to take over the NA Board of Education as well. It’s all politics all of the time for this part-time real estate agent from Bayonne,” blasted Balwierczak, a life-long resident and graduate of North Arlington High School.
