DEL RUSSO, DECICCO “SILENT” ON IRENE COLAO’S COMPLAINT THAT LED TO THE $200,000 OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT THEY WON’T TALK ABOUT!

DOES ANYTHING EMBARRASS PRONTI, DEL RUSSO OR DECICCO?

NORTH ARLINGTON – For weeks local Democratic candidates John Balwierczak and Jim Sever had asked for an explanation as to why North Arlington settled out of court regarding a complaint filed by former library employee Irene Colao in Superior Court in Monmouth County in 2023.

Colao sought a jury trial demand.

But the case was settled out of court for $200,000, and local Republicans have refused to comment on the complaint and have avoided any explanation as to why they did not seek their day in court.

Now we know the rest of the story!

Here is the original complaint filed on behalf of Colao by her attorney, Ravi Sattiraju of East Winsor. CivilCaseJacket-1

We urge you to read the complaint and ask yourself why North Arlington settled out of court without any comment?

Call Mayor Dan Pronti or Councilwoman Amanda DeCicco at (201) 991-6060 for why they have not commented on this matter.
