Labor, Elected Officials fill Democrat Campaign Coffers

NORTH ARLINGTON – The Committee to Elect Hurley, Marfino and Yampaglia had an opening balance of $2,566.56 with deposits of $19,875 and a closing balance of $15,449.46 as per their required 11-day report with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission or ELEC (www.elec.nj.gov).

The report (click here) shows expenditures of nearly $7,000 and monetary contributions of $300 or less at $3,075, and contributions in excess of $300 at $16,800.

·       Remington & Vernick Engineers – $1,500

The Committee had expenditures for supplies, reimbursed expenses, fundraising, headquarters rental, direct mail, promotional items, printing, and other typical campaign expenses.

Since most campaigns expend a large segment of their funds in the last week or so of the cycle, those expenditures will be reported in a post-election report.
