MAKE THE “RIGHT CHOICE” NORTH ARLINGTON

REJECT KARCIC, BOCCHINO AND CERONE!

ELECT YAMPAGLIA & BRADLEY TO THE NA BOROUGH COUNCIL!

Tired of politics as usual?

Embedded politicians giving themselves raises and hiring family members at taxpayer expense like Mario Karcic and Donna Bocchino?

Karcic and Bocchino are practicing outright “nepotism” at your expense and your nickel.

Karcic hired his nephew and gave himself a raise.

Bocchino, a dual-job holding “double-dipper” voted herself a raise and then another raise for her father.

Both Karcic and Bocchino are tools for greedy out-of-town developers and builders who are building hundreds of apartments on Ridge Road no matter what you think!

They are both creating a “tale of two communities,” transforming North Arlington into an extension of Hudson County and decimating North Arlington’s historic and bipartisan brand as being small, safe and suburban.

Both are “yes votes” of developers, getting free campaign space in 2019 and coddling these out-of-towner’s to a point they support the relaxation of height restrictions from three to six stories leading the way for low income housing and higher property taxes!

Politicians that ignore basic CDC guidelines, throw parties at their cramped campaign headquarters practicing no social distancing or even wearing masks!

Now the political machine is running “Bozo” Joe Cerone for the North Arlington Board of Education.

The son of the worst mayor in borough history who was crushed for reelection, Cerone is an extremist “Tea Party” member who wants to privatize public education and has no platform or agenda to make our schools better and more productive!

Like Donald Trump, Cerone supported the failed EnCap housing scheme, an attempt to construct 1,500 units of high density, low income housing that was stopped by North Arlington Democrats!

Cerone has no position on the school budget, expenditures, debt or the school reorganization taking place as we speak.

He took no position on the name change of the Wilson elementary school and doesn’t attend monthly school board meetings.

His campaign literature was created by Republican Party operatives and opposes the current school administration as well as the Schools Superintendent.

There is a better choice for taxpayers and homeowners!

John Yampaglia and Tommy Bradley, are true blue, “life-long North Arlington residents” who want to protect North Arlington by keeping it Small, Safe and Suburban!

They want to end the political nepotism, stop the raises for patronage employees and end the madness along Ridge Road that is “urbanizing” North Arlington into an extension of Hudson County and Jersey City.

John is a real local businessman and is an owner/operator of a hair salon in Essex County. Yampaglia is a former planning board member and earned both his BA and MA. He is the brother of a former four-term councilman and the son of a retired municipal court judge.

Tommy Bradley is a former two-sport, high school “phenom” who was a 1,000 point scorer at Queen of Peace HS and was heavily  scouted by both the Minnesota Twins and Chicago White Sox who went on to play Division 1 baseball at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).

Married with two sons who are scholar athletes, Bradley is a longtime recreation advocate who has coached football, baseball and basketball since 2011.

Tom and his wife Kelly reside with their two sons on Melrose Avenue. Tom grew up on Willis Road.

Employed as a Telecommunications Project Manager with Mondelez International, Tom was formerly a “Master Foreman” with Local 164 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW, AFL-CIO).

Unless you vote out Karcic and Bocchino, Ridge Road will become a parking lot with hundreds of new apartment dwellings with more to come at the Italian Villa location as well as Boston Market!

If you want to retain your homes values and keep North Arlington the small town community you love – you must support John and Tom this November 3rd!

If you have not voted, please call (201) 991-6060 and ask for Municipal Clerk Katie Moore for instruction on how to cast and file that ballot.
