First Lady Tammy Murphy receives overwhelming 2-1 victory from Bergen Democrats Monday evening in Paramus!
PARAMUS – North Arlington Democratic council candidate John Balwierczak was one of several well wishers that greeted US Senate candidate Tammy Murphy to the Bergen County Democratic Committee convention Monday evening where she trounced Rep. Andy Kim 738-419 as she received 64% of the delegates securing the organizational line for the June 5th Democratic Primary.
Balwierczak and his running-mate John Yampaglia will join Murphy, US Congressman William “Bill” Pascrell (D-9) and NA hometown favorite, Commissioner Steve Tanelli in the coveted organization column.Pascrell is seeking a record fifteenth term while Tanelli is seeking his fifth, three-year term. Tanelli served as a North Arlington councilman from 2004-2013.The video seen here has had nearly 30,000 views and Democrats feel they have real momentum as the signature filing approaches on March 25th.
