THE SIGNS OF THE TIMES HERE IN NORTH ARLINGTON!
FOR SALE, RENT & LEASE SIGNS DOMINATE THE LAWNS, ANOTHER “SIGN” NA IS ON THE WRONG TRACK?
TIME FOR REAL CHANGE BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!
NORTH ARLINGTON – While anxious Republicans are already littering lawns with campaign placards for Pronti and his GOP candidates for the North Arlington Board of Education, maybe he should be concerned about the plethora of for sale and for rent signs that have sprouted like daisies on his watch?
Mayoral candidate John Balwierczak was shocked by the amount of for-sale seeking to leave the borough while rentals are now vacant!
Pronti’s failed policies are catching up with him and the GOP. Higher property taxes, more apartments, increased density and another attempt by Pronti to politicize the Board of Education.
That’s how you know an election is on the horizon.
As residents now know of the Pronti tax hike, sources say the GOP is panicking within, and that a loss this year is not just possible, but probable.
Mayoral candidate John Balwierczak took a quick ride today through the community to see the disturbing number of for sale, and for lease signs about the borough.
“North Arlington under Pronti is losing its small, safe and suburban charm. More importantly, longtime residents are being priced out, especially seniors. The transformation from being the gateway to Bergen County to becoming just like Belleville is not the reason why people move to North Arlington. They don’t want to be the gateway to Newark. They hate this unbridled urbanization and want to retain our longstanding values and principles as a bedroom community. That can only happen if we reject Pronti and his failed urban experiment and bring responsible two-party government back to the community.”
Meet the next Mayor.
