There are those in life who will try to take credit for almost everything.

Dan Pronti

Dan ProntiPSEG has been supplying NA homeowners with trees and bushes for decades to give those who reside along the high tension wires a degree of privacy.

They also maintain that property at no cost to the Borough.

Seemingly, some will go to great lengths to pat themselves on the back when in fact they did very little if anything at all.

Members of the Governing Body collectively get things done or undone.

Beware of those who try to take all of the credit while never accepting any of the responsibilities when things go wrong.

We wonder when those who raise property taxes continuously, call for constant reassessments, call for more spending, debt and borrowing will own up to those issues as well?

We wonder when those who raise property taxes continuously, call for constant reassessments, call for more spending, debt and borrowing will own up to those issues as well.

We wonder if they will be straight with the public and tell them they want another three years when next year they will seek a four-year term as mayor!

Taking all of the credit at the expense of the rest of the council both Democrats and Republicans alike can be tiring to watch to say the least.

That’s why the following elected and retired officials support Tom Zammatore & Kelly O’Malley Velez for NA Borough Council:

  • Candidate for Governor Phil Murphy
  • NJ Senator Paul Sarlo
  • Assemblyman Gary Schaer
  • Assemblywoman Marlene Caride
  • Freeholder Steve Tanelli
  • Freeholder Joan Voss
  • Freeholder David Ganz
  • Councilman Mark Yampaglia
  • Councilwoman Jean Williams
  • Former Mayor Peter Massa
  • Former Mayor Russ Pitman
  • Former Councilman Pat Roche

One has to possess the right personality to lead and get along.

People will not follow or support someone who is all about “I” and “me.”

There is no “I” in the concept of teamwork.

You need to share the credit and be able to step aside and recognize others versus this blatant self promotion that is sometimes embarrassing and almost comical.

This is why we need real leadership that puts NA homeowners and tenants alike first!
