NORTH ARLNGTON – The North Arlington High School Lady Vikings cruised Tuesday evening to an impressive tournament play victory over rival Wood Ridge 39-25.The win has the squad move deeper into the semi-finals with a Thursday evening showdown against Glen Ridge of Essex County. The home team took a 15-5 lead and never looked back to an enthusiastic throng of Viking backers that saw the Blue & White advance to the next round. North Arlington Alumni John Balwierczak, who played for the boys varsity team was in attendance with fellow alumni John Yampaglia.“It was a great win for the Lady Vikings and best wishes for another victory Thursday,” offered both Balwierczak and Yampaglia.
